Left Alone
--REMOVED--
Hello?
Anyone?
Batman?
I think someone turned out the lights and left me alone in the cave. So, it's at this point that the lonely boy sitting in the cold dark cave (having been left there by his friends), begins to write e-mails to an imaginary recipient... someone once named -REMOVED-. While there is never any response to the e-mails he throws into the darkness, for the sake of his own sanity he imagines that someone is reading them, happy to recieve them.
As each new letter drifts into the extensive empiness of the cave, the boy begins to wonder at his ultimate fate. Perhaps, he thinks, Perhaps if I die here some day in the future, explorers will discover this pile of letters, and for a short while... I'll mean something to someone.

Then a realization that even the letters are not lost. Even though sent out into the blackness of the great abyss, they still exist within the author. They are a part of him. They have encouraged his growth. As the letters were created, they wove and fused within his psyche. They are an essential part of him, for they could not exist of themselves.
And what of this cave? Could it be that there is sound, wonderment, or an entire world held captive by its depths. Or maybe it is a prison of sorts...binding with a mirky gloom. Can one leave the cave once entered? A thought, a gleam, a miniscule ray of hope may enter its mouth. There may be much, much, more outside the protective and nurturing walls of this mother cave. But the light hurts. It blinds ones eyes. It burns. How can one endure the light after such a long duration in the cave? Would one even want to venture into the light?
*standing ovation*
BRAVO!
Wonderful, clear simplicity in its best form is my interpretation of your site, I really like your brain power, and the way that you crystallise your thoughts at their most basic level and then express what you feel in what appears to be a cherished way.
